My niece’s air conditioner was blowing hot air in 5-minute increments. She took the car to Pep Boys, and another auto repair shop. One shop told her there was no problem and the other shop said that she needed an air conditioner compress, which would cost $1,000. I decided to check Yelp to see if I could find a repair shop near my job that specialized in air conditioner repairs…so based on the Yelp reviews and my chat with the gentleman that answered the phone at McCain’s A/C & Auto Repair. I scheduled an appointment for them to take a look my niece’s car. It turned out that my niece did not need an A/C compressor. The repair cost was $446…not $1,000. I’m extremely pleased with their service, price, and honesty.
