My car A/C hadn't worked all summer, and I was getting miserable. I brought it into McCains and they quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty compressor) and communicated with me really well. I got the service quoted at another car A/C shop before following through with the repair, and McCain's prices were better. They performed the service quickly and my A/C is working now - very pleased.

This is the second time I've taken my vehicle here. Quality shop with knowledgeable people. They do a great job talking through any issues that come up while they are working on your car. The alternator went out on my car Wednesday night. I got it up to them Thursday morning and they had it fixed for me to drive home that day.

We both love the crew at McCain's/Davis Automotive. Their attention to detail and determination to make it right is second to none and it has saved us time and money! I would not take my car anywhere else. I took my car in for an oil change and some service work, and while it was there, Rick saw that my inspection was due and took care of that for me as well. My 95 Toyota Avalon had a maddening intermittent A/C problem, 2 reputable shops tried and failed to find the problem, one shop tried 4 days. MCCAIN'S had it 1 day and had diagnosed an intermittent Expansion Valve, Randy recommended replacing the old Evaporator since both items are in a less than "fun" location in the dash and labor would be the same to replace both, especially since Avalon evaporators tend to leak with age. My car was ready the next day by noon. I learned my lesson, bring A/C problems straight to MCCAIN'S. THANKS Randy and crew.
