Given in prior email. re my prior comments about Covid--my fault for not carefully reading the safety features and taking advantages of them. They were certainly there, and I did see them when I made the appointment.

I've experienced trustworthy service and good advice for years, first with McCain's and now with Davis. I do wish that I'd read the web notice about Covid safety features Davis Automobile makes available, and that I had taken advantage of them. But I didn't and went inside where no masks were worn. It was my mistake, but I'm still nervous about my visit since I'm old and my health is bad.

Very difficult state inspection. Finally, got enough monitors to pass. Rick worked very hard and multiple days to get this vehicle to pass. This is a third vehicle that we use several times a week so, it was important to us to get it passed. Thanks Rick and Davis Automotive for a job well done!

Thanks for taking the time to analyze my starting problem and NOT install the new starter when cables were the problem. I know a few dealers that would have gone ahead and replaced and charged me for the starter.

Got safety sticker along with checking air conditioner and antifreeze. I felt everything was ok but wanted a double check. Everything was ok except that they should have charged me for checking the air and antifreeze. I would have preferred that. I don't work for free and I don't expect other to work for free. I will go back when I have my front brakes replaced. Greeat job and honesty.
