I rate them a 5. last time I had broken my drivers side handle, and I broke it, because of the ice. they ordered the part, and I have 1 car. they know that and said bring the car down at 8 am and I could wait. they did it in 1.5 hours. again they did what they said. very impressed. bill

Y' all are always honest with the work being done, always fun coming in and seeing the friendly faces when I'm picking up the truck. Work is always top notch and if anything is still persisting they're happy to help. Glad to have such a reliable mechanic shop nearby.

They were snowed under already this morning when I dropped off a car needing a headlight (a bigger deal than it sounds). Not only did they get that car finished quickly, I picked it up and dropped off another vehicle with a check engine issue. They got to BOTH vehicles completed today!!! They didn't complain or ask me if I could leave one overnight! Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
